After receiving your request, a PhiladelphiaEagles customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to change the shipping address for your order. If the warehouse notifies customer service that your order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (e.g. is being picked and packed), the address change request will be unsuccessful. If this is the case, a PhiladelphiaEagles representative will notify you that the change could not be made.
